It's quite easy to mark out Hendo, Maguire and Lingard if the opposition had thought of them being threats but they underrated these players. Without these 3, the forwards and wingbck would have nothing all day.

It's not as easy as you think is Bro. Plus if you mark out those 3, others in that team will hurt you. Most importantly though, it's a one off tie. A lucky deflected goal would all but render whatever tactics you came into the game with useless.

Oh boy I would said Ajegunle but Peckham is presently going through a form of regeneration. Levels go change soon enough

The most annoying thing is opposition are not looking at how the team was set up, they had prefer to keep eyes on big names such as Kane, Alli and Sterling. The question should have been what made the team tick? Who releases these aforementioned players who are actually final third players?
The answers to these questions would give out Lingard for his intelligent movement to open up spaces and Hendo/Maguire for spraying passes to the wings.

None of England forwards can do shite without the support. Alli aint even a midfielder to begin with. They are as useless as they come and they have got no individual brilliance to rely on. Lingard, Hendo and Maguire made that team tick, with trippier capping it all with his crosses/setpiece threat.

I think you are doing the Players some disservice here. Yh I admit they are inferior individually when compared to the likes of Belgium or France but so are many other teams. Besides, they don't need to be great to win it all. Two scrappy wins will do.

Ashley Young is quite capable to supplying crosses too may be not as good as Trippier but still solid enough. So can Walker. Replace Linagard with Rashford and to a lesser extent Dier with Hendo and you'll hardly miss a beat. It's a solid tea.
