Please, my newly bought HTC phone always return USSD code in Chinese language. How do I change it to English?

Didn't it come with that little Menu Booklet in it? All what it requires about the phone is there. Or better still return it back and let them see into it.

I have 2 things to tell u

1. Go through the menu book u will see Change language on it

2. Restore factory settings.. That's all everything will come back as new and normal when you dial any USSD Code it will respond in English.

Go to settings on the phone click on Device settings there u will see " Restore factory settings". Click it, they will ask if u wanna restore settings or all settings choose all and accept YES that's all.. The phone will go off don't ON it. It will ON itself and that's all.
