My reasons are many... If you see a fed govt Job dat advertise for like 5000 applicants, the who knws who has taken abt 60% n the remain 40% which stand at 2000, you will see over 200,000 job seekers apply for it n it will take up to a year before the recruitment commence. Infact, u, the applicant must have forgot u apply for the said job..

This is what holds Nigeria down; nepotism. Unfortunately, majority seem satisfied or rather helpless, about the status quo.

Until the day Nigerians tasked with policy formulation and implementation begin to do the right thing and generality of citizens demand equity, justice, fairness and respect for the rule of law, we'll keep going in circles.

If you don't have somebody in high places in this country it will be extremely difficult for you to make head way in your career. Thats why i've resolved to also join politics o. Because this country has taught me a huge lesson big time

Do not be silly man. If you read this post you will understand that successive administration have been doing this. I do not condone this nor support the buhari govt in anyway, I am only stating it as it is. But you may feel free to direct your ire at this current govt for not stopping this trend but it has been like this since time immemorial.

We all know that what is practiced in Nigeria is God fatherism, favouritism and nepotism, who knows who that is why the country is still like. Those in position will try putting family member and those they will control and telling what to do. Those with good quality and merit whom are suppose to help in the development of the country will be deprived of jobs cause they don't have whom to put them in the positions for there skills to be utilized. Only fools with fake certificate , those without brains to think, those who can't do things on there own even in the office they are they don't know there responsibilities . Nigerian should change in all areas for the country to be better .

So much for the fight against Kwaraption!... Truly, Buhari is clueless and fake... d first time i knew nothing good can come out of dat man was wen they started discovering 'ghost workers' and multiple accounts in fed min, parastatals etc..a smart and compassionate leader/team, would had blocked and stopped wat is happening now by converting dose 'discoveries' to recruitment and jobs for d teaming unemployed youths...but No, d daft govt led by 'Mr Integrity' were jus comfortably doin propaganda wit d issue and praising demselves on hw they are now saving 20 or so billion naira monthly from paying ghost workers...dis is d Same loopholes dat d elites are using for dis secret employments.. Govt of Integrity indeed!

Despite all this one ignorant man will imply that Nigerians are lazy. God will punish all of them who are hell bent in punishing the youths for no just cause

and you wonder why we ll be losing our best brains outside the shores of this country.... no value for hardwork......in my set we were three that had second class upper but during mobilization for nysc we couldn't go with our set how possible not to see d error done in final compilation of your best students finish 2014 without carry over served.... 2016 yet one keep would it have not be better to seek other alternatives apart from degree education...getting jobs is not fair plus the age caveat...one either recourse to doing jobs with low pay...why ll pple not risk the Mediterranean to Europe
