But past and present leaders in Northern Nigeria have not been able to deliver on their mandate to their people up north not minding the crude oil allocation they recieve monthly and the money of which they can not account for.

Its actually commendable, and very practical technology. The drone technology is the future of flight in every way and its evolving as fast as the DVD, mobile phones and flat screen TV.
Africa only needs to overcome the lazy idea of our leaders about technology, develop our own and also do better in fabrication.
