Lets hear your plight , how was joining an organisation as an external seems to you ? I once has the experience working in one shipping company , and it took me over 6months to get me off my timidity and introversion.

Especially their dress code , i see most of their staffs dress casually , but a close pal is giving me the impression to always tuck in and look like a serious bank staffs .

Guys please say something when you close for office.
