A Chinese court has sentenced to death a man convicted of stabbing to death nine kids nearly 3 months back in northern China.

The defendant, identified as Zhao Zewei, assaulted middle schoolers in their way home from college in Shaanxi Province in April.

He murdered seven women and 2 boys and wounded ten others prior to being detained.

The Yulin City Intermediate People’s Court said in a statement on Tuesday the defendant’s motivation for the assault was to vent his rage and frustration in the conditions of his life along with the bullying he was exposed to as a pupil at college

“The suspect Zhao Zewei’s criminal motives were ” the court stated, adding it had convicted him of willful homicide.
He’s decided, as stated by the court.

China has strict gun control and infrequent violent offense in contrast to many other nations, but knife strikes have made the headlines from the nation in the last several decades.

Back in January 2017, a guy assaulted kids with kitchen knife at a kindergarten at the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region and hurt 11 children.
