The 12 Thai boys and coach rescued from a flooded cave are seen cheerfully waving while recovering in their hospital beds in a heartwarming new video, as stunning footage of them being carried to safety is released for the first time.

The hospital video shows some of the boys making 'horn' and 'victory' signs, while appearing to smile from behind their green surgical masks in an isolation unit in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand.

The boys were relaxed, given anxiety drug to stop them panicking during the terrifying underwater mission.

Giant equipment: One of the giant water pumps, which had been keeping the water levels down during the rescue, is being cleaned as the camp is being dismounted on Wednesday, 11 July, 2018.

Dark route: A diver moves along the safety line used by the rescue team getting the children and their football coach out.

The rescue was carried out by an elite team of international divers, led by Britons, who guided the sluggish youngsters along the tortuous two-and-a-half-mile escape route.

The head of the rescue, Narongsak Osottanakorn, revealed yesterday that the cave will be turned into ‘a living museum’.

Na bad leaders . Bad people and bad media dey kill us for naija

That hospital is just like the mother and child hospital in akure when it was new but politics.and mismanagement don change the look of the hospital
