Governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Seriake Dickson has taken a swipe at President Muhammadu Buhari and his administrative style. The Governor noted, Thursday, that President Buhari has failed in his core responsibility of securing lives of Nigerians.
According to the Governor, the Federal Government has not fared well in its core responsibilities such as Defence and security as shown by the killings in the land.
