Hallo, I tried to submit my blog http://ugaland.xyz to Google AdSense for approval but they told me that I need to correct the POLICY VIOLATION before they confirm it...
Please I would like to know what they mean with policy violation and how do I correct it so that my blog http://ugaland.xyz can be approvedhuhhuh?

What they mean is that your site must be GDPR compliant before it can be approved. If you are running on WordPress, you might need to update your Privacy Policy page using the new GDPR compliant plugin to fix that. If it is Blogger, you might need to read up on the GDPR compliance notice and optimise your site to do the needful.
