No. Their parents migrated at some point to France, gave birth to them in France (at which point they become automatic citizens). That second goal was not supposed to be. There was no infringement before referee awarded free kick. The handball was not intentional. Poor referring gave France this game

Even commentators said it, no PK and not a Free kick. The ref wasn't top notch in this game...
