The Senior Special Assistant on Contributory Health Commission to the Governor of Delta State,Solomon Ebinum has asserted that Governor Okowa has affected positively, the lives of most Deltans, through his 5 points SMART Agenda and as such, deserves the support of all and sundry.

Continuing, he stated that Governor Okowa's adminstration have been focused on job creation, upgrade of infrastructure in schools and hospitals,road constructions, among others.

He posited that the administration's developmental strides is felt in all LGAs in the state; this to him, had brightened the Governor's chances in his bid for a second term.

Taking an unbiased look at the main opposition Party, the SSA reasoned that as we approach the governorship election in 2019, there is really no hope that the fragmented APC would come together to forge a formidable front.

There appears to be such a huge personality gulf existing between the leadership of the APC in the state that it is hard to see how it can be bridged before the election.It's truly a bad time to be an APC member, he said.

He maintained that the poor results the APC obtained in 2015 election should have been enough lessons to them and everyone else that there is no alternative to PDP in the state.

They have rather opted to continually dance naked politically through spread of lies, rumour mongering etc, while Governor Okowa is putting Delta State to work.

Governor Okowa, along with some other persons are working for Deltans and the voters will not lose sight of his achievements while voting in 2019.

Going into the election,APC will have no leader, no message and a disappearing base and the result would be yet another landslide victory for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa and PDP, while the APC will continue to slide more and more into oblivion and irrelevance,he affirmed.

As long as Baba leads us till 2023.

Okowa remains the second worst governor in south south, just behinds seriake Dickson. These are people who only came to power to fill their pockets. The people keep languishing in obscene poverty!

Delta is not like Ekiti, since 1999, has any other political party won in delta?
