This is a virement financed supplementary budget. They are going to take money from not important projects to finance this expenditure. The budget has not changed.

Nigeria's youth is completely gone. No more brains. Anyway when PDP has raped your country for 16 years and your heroes are Fayose, GEJ and Saraki,maybe you are entitled to ignorance. The 2014 elections cost about N120bn so whats the problem with a supplementary budget asking for mo ey transfer from other areas within existing budget for elections and security?

It appears you are mixing up anti corruption and not spending money. They are not the same. There is just a slight increase in the budget over the last elections. The other monies are for security agencies to tackle ongoing challenges.
More importantly it is virement. They are moving money around in the same budget. The Senators have to sacrifice their fake / bloated constituency projects for security and elections. Pure and simple
