Asus ROG G752VL. ...
Asus Transformer Book T200TA

Presently i am using dell vostro 3750 i3


actually it still boils down to the kind of Graphics u talking about. Animation, 3D, 2D, Character Modeling etc
just get a PC with a Good Graphics Card. and min of 4GB Ram

First... what part of Graphics do u wanna learn?
cus my other pc(Inspiron 1525) can do everything too just that switching to 3D environment on Photoshop c6 is the problem.
But i can design any other thing with it

Very Good too, PC Make does not really matter, but the buit.
do not get any pc Less that 4GB ram, core i3

i have the Asus ROG G752 for 275k.....not brand new me up on 08126869850. Dell Alienware, Hp workstation, and Acer aspire v too.
