3. He has redefined sports, brought back and sustained principal's cup through strategic partner with zenith Bank and built Asaba township stadium.

4. Has empowered thousands of youths as entrepreneurs through step and yagep programs

5. Has empowered market men and women with business loans and grants

6. He has placed widows on payroll

7. He reaccreditated law and engineering faculties in DELSU and sustained the Delta state Bursary.

8. Okowa has built more health centres across Delta, and improved greatly on health Delivery

9. He is tackling the Asaba storm challenges.

10. He is building a multibillion Naira secretariat to remove Delta state Mdas from frontage

11. He has built an ultra modern library in Asaba

12. He has completed the head of service complex

13. He brought his Deputy Governor into government house

14. Have been able to ensure maximum security for all Deltans

15. He have remained in touch with the masses through town hall meetings where he speaks with the people and know their pains one on one.

Okowa's sycophant some of the points you made are okay except 12 13 and 15.

Politicians are all now maintaing a nairaland account just like Facebook and twitter accounts all for propaganda purposes

GIVE US THE NAME AND PICTURES OF THE 290 ROAD TARRED IN DELTA

Okowa is the worst thing to happen to delta state. Travel to other naiboring state like anambra and see development going on. Anybody supporting okowa is naive of Good things in life, with the allocation coming delta state the listed above will even be a shambolic performance for a Kogi state governor. Tell okowa to pay salary, give employment in the education sectors , pay pensioners their money and stop sharing delta state money to thugs. His government have turn delta state to a place where only godfather have say, the only means of employment in delta state now is Yahoo . The roads you are talking about apart from the Sapele own are nothing to write home about. My major Problem is the fact that APC in Delta state is dead on arrival because of their greed and myopic way of doing politics. God please help my state like you help GHANA
