how can I do it fast

DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS TO ANYONE!

IF you have applied for Adsense, then sit back and wait for the Adsense Team to visit and review your site. If your request is rejected, then do the following;

1. Write about 10-15 quality contents. Be sure they are not plagiarized.
2. Be sure you have the below pages on your site and they are well placed, even on mobile devices.
i. 'Privacy Policy' page (It is best you use a free privacy generator to do this)
ii. 'Terms of Use' (Visit a couple of sites similar to your niche, copy theirs and edit it)
iii. 'About Us' Page (A brief explanation of what site is about)
iv. 'Contact Us' page (This should come in the guise of a form or a simple page with your blog's email address).

Once these are observed, you can reapply and have your Adsense approved.
