From recent events it is reasonable to believe that the government sponsored the Offa bank robbery and waited a while and then used it to try to nail Saraki.

Just think of the length the government can go...

Think of 1 billion dollars for security and the five innocent girls plus Leah Sharibu who were collateral damage arising from the government's grand collusion with Boko Haram!

Just think about this!
