Here are graphic pictures of Nigerian soldiers who were killed during a Boko Haram ambush in Borno state. In a cry for help message, one of the soldiers lamented that they are being sent to the war front without better weapons as the insurgents are killing them, an allegation that has been repeated by different soldiers at the battlefield.

Last week, Boko Haram ambushed troops in Bama Local Government Area of Borno State, some soldiers were confirmed dead and others injured.

Three days ago, Boko Haram insurgents ambushed troops in Yobe state. The troops repelled the attack but lost eight soldiers in the process along Sasawa Road in Babbangida, Tarmuwa Local Government Area of Yobe state.

You are ignorantly rejoicing over the death of some youths from your tribe while thinking you are taunting your enemies. The Nigeria army is made up of all Nigeria tribes,and you can't tell if some of the slain soldiers are from your region.

What is worse they re underpaid & welfare packages is nothing to write home about, considering d hardship in d dessert & forest they face. they carry their lives in their hands defending Nigeria. compare 2 other federal government organisations like d NNPC, NAOC with huge salaries, welfare packages 4 even cleaners & drivers. what occupational hazard do they face compared & gallant military men of Nigeria? Yet d say government it's fighting corruption. Dis discrimination is wicked, corrupt & unjust, I advocate 4 equal pay & welfare packages 4 d entire Armed Forces of d federal republic of Nigeria & better housing just like đ NNPC & NAOC workers enjoy.
