Guys... This is not fair... I'm a developer, although that's not a skill that comes cheap but that doesn't mean we should be so reluctant to help others... Well I have developed a few affiliate websites. Sadly they are not on WordPress. But I think if you want to do this on WordPress, you should use a plugin called AFFILIATE PRO... As for themes, a good e-commerce theme will just do. I'll advice you to use another platform than WordPress though. Dolphin and Joomla will be the best idea for a reward system website.
