If you were not so retàrded you would have realised that at the inec collation center where the final results were received and calculated based on what was received, ALL PARTY CHIEF AGENTS ALSO WERE THERE TO WITNESS THE COLLATION PROCESS AND FINAL FIGURES.

The process was extremely transparent but of course you wouldn't know this

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the July 14 governorship election in Ekiti State, Prof Kolapo Olusola, has accused the Independent National Electoral Commission of frustrating his efforts to duly file a petition at the election petitions tribunal.

Olusola is challenging the victory of the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Kayode Fayemi, as declared by the INEC.

He alleged that his applications to INEC for the certified true copies of election documents and a motion ex parte made to the tribunal were rebuffed despite having fulfilled necessary steps.

Olusola raised the alarm that the delay from INEC and the tribunal were plans to allow time to run against him in instituting the legal action within the 21 days.

He urged the election petitions tribunal to expedite action on his two applications and allow the law to take its course.

“We applied for certified true copies of election documents to assist in the preparation and presentation of my petition.

“The application was filed on July 16 to the Ekiti State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Prof Abdulganiyu Raji, and upon approval of the application, we made payment on July 20. Till now, no document has been made available to us by INEC.

“We equally made an application for certified true copies of the document to the INEC Chairman, Abuja, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, on July 17, and upon approval, payment was made on July 18.”

Olusola added that no document had been made available to him despite repeated visits to INEC offices in Ekiti and Abuja.

“I, therefore, make a passionate appeal to INEC not to frustrate me further as the damage it has done to me is enough.

“The action of INEC is showing that they are out to frustrate me so that time will completely run out against me in line with the expectation of their task masters.”

The Public Relations Officer of INEC in Ekiti, Alhaji Taiwo Gbadegesin, did not answer calls to his phone.

He had also yet to reply a text message sent to him by our correspondent as of 7:22 pm.

I saw the absurd mathematics some uneducated PDP propagandists were pushing as damning evidence of the election figures and one glance at it was all it tool for me to figure out their rather glaring error.

Eleka has no case and you know why?

The results were electronically transmitted to inec and before this was done from each polling centre, the various party agents signed off on the results given at each centre and kept their own records. PDP party agents all attested to the results by signing off on them. Inec only received the end process and read out the total figures which were all gotten from each LG and by extension each ward and each polling centre.

The election was extremely transparent and everyone knew this which meant the only window of altering anything was vote buying which both parties did to the best of their abilities.

To the victor goes the spoils.

1. PERADVENTURE WE ADD ALL VOID TO ELEKAS = 178,121 + 18, 857 =196, 978.
-FAYEMI WILL STILL WIN BY MAJORITY BY VOTE OF 197, 459. Margin of 481 votes. Lol.

2. PERADVENTURE AGAIN, ALL OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES DASH ELEKA THEIR VOTES
- That will be -178, 121 + 9,014 = 187, 135. Then Fayemi will still lead with 10, 324

*That is the breakdown.

In saner climes APC should be the one accusing PDP of rigging the July 14 elections because how could a party who

1) failed to pay Workers salary in the last 8months,

2) a party owing pensioners 9months pension arrears,

3) a party who didnt pay gratuties of retirees in the last 4years,

4) a party taxing our Children for education,

5) a party who didnt employ a single Youth of this state,

6) a party who killed Ikogosi warm spring expect to get the votes of the same people they made hungry?
