The problem is our law that keeps creating bogus funds without putting in place any mechanism for accountability and transparency. The stabilization fund is one of those funds that the president exercise presidential discretion over without any control measures put in place. The funds will continue to get diverted to something it's not meant for or mismanaged and completely stolen irrespective of who is the president except the laws governing them are changed.

Nairalanders hope you see how this shameless guy is providing justification for corruption going on under there mr saint, why did they voted him? Is not to close those lop holes through which money are been stole? Instead saint bubu is also exploiting the holes to also steal, shame on you.
