A few hours after the article was published on our blog and then later on Nairaland , the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, via his twitter handle, wrote:

“Our road network can no longer support our growing population. We have to develop other modes of transport and on Friday, we would hold a Water Transport Roundtable to discuss how to develop water transportation.”

Autojosh.com will provide details on the deliberation of the planned Roundtable.

Linda ikeji was and is hard-working and dedicated. It took her 8 years to get where she is.
