The ignorants don't understand the 101s of Politics.
I dislike zoning in politics but practicality is reality. As it is, if you understand Nigerian politics you know that PDP must present a northern candidate to stand even a slight chance of defeating Buhari. The implication of that is another 8-year term for a northern candidate. The major reason why the quest for restructuring and decentralization has no chance under Buhari or any other real northern leader is the fact that we had a southern Obasanjo for 8 years and a southern Goodluck Jonathan for 5+ years and they did not make those important issues a reality and now we expect it to happen under a northerner, are we crazy or is he crazy?
If PDP wins, we have another northerner for 8 years. Forget your restructuring agenda or referendum for at least 10 years! If you want a closer deal, Buhari leaves in less than 5 years or better still - forget status quo and fight for real change instead of chasing shadows... go for someone like Sowore who I see as our best option but our expertise at majoring on the minor stuff and not knowing our real friends or enemies will never make us support people like him.
If you can't stand real change with real radicals for the Nigerian project then you have a choice between 5 years or 9 years wait! You can keep making empty noise like Fayose till kingdom come, the choices are as simple as that!
