His Majesty, Eze Eri will as well be having a family reunion with African Americans of Igbo ancestry residing in diaspora.

Can't find the answer myself, it should be about showcasing your culture and all about you. It's like England moving saint George's Day to USA to celebrate or the Irish celebrating saint Patrick's day in south Africa. Igbo need to appreciate their lands and bring celebrations home, it's a way of bringing investment e.g tourism home.
