I'm over a year late but still we must remember Lt Gen Hal Moore,hero of the Ia Drang,September '65,then commander of the 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry of the 3rd Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) immortalised by Mel Gibson in 'We were heroes,' in 2002.
