I used to live in the house in the first picture when I was in oau part 2. Coconut area, on ede road. That was a normal occurrence once it rains heavily. Paid for accommodation during dry season. When rain start eye clear. I run for my life.

There is a river passing right in front of the house, with the water coming from opa dam on campus. so thats what causes it.

Chei, Nigeria university environment! what type of graduates do you think would be produced from this kind of environment and setting? Not only OAU, go to other public universities and see how decrepit the environments look. As I said before, in education, especially quality education, learning environment matters a lot in shaping the graduate thinking faculty and value system.

Upper class and some middle class people have virtually taken their kids to study outside and I wont be an exception. Work hard so that your kids does not study in this kind of environment since our POLITICIANS have failed us!
