the funniest is that, the same deputy governor is from owerri zone, Apc will be defeated in owerri. okorochas son in law will be defeated too on that axis. all because of the deputy governor political ambition, they impeach him.

From arresting judges in the night, to disobeying court orders, to hunting down opposition elements, to shielding corrupt elements in govt, to everything negative.

I don't think there's illegality here, in my opinion the court err in issuing the restraint order according to the impeachment process as outlined in Nigeria constitution but they can upturn an impeachment.

As of the time the court granted the order, the assembly was on session.
