It takes a 2/3rd majority of the senate to impeach a senate president and presently APC do not have such numbers. It's highly likely that Saraki will serve out his tenure as senate president till next year

Well, we are no longer in normal times. Let the APC lawmakers reconvene the house, get him impeached by simple majority and pass the INEC budget. The house can go back on recess and Saraki can also go to court if he's not satisfied.
