Does the state education board belong to a political party? Is the board meant to serve only the members of one political party?
Why compare private establishments created and meant to serve only their customers to government institutions and parastatals? Are First Bank and Zenith funded by tax payers' money? Is the education board funded with money generated by APC as a party?
