* Try to notice strange faces in your area.

* Never put your spare key under the doormat or under the flower vase or bucket outside your house

* Never place your valuables close to the window area

* Never remove the key from the lock after turning the key of your door

* Never put your ATM card in obvious places like sitting room tables.

*Never allow a neighborhood child to help you with your load to your doorpost/Entrance.

*Try to have the phone numbers of few active neighbours or landlords.

* Try to have a light self defense object nearby incase you get bumped into by petty thieves.

*Be vigilant and try to be a neighborhood watcher of your co-community livers.

*If you get burgled make a report to the right authority

Note: This tips are for petty thieves, 1 or 2 man burglar. This tip is not for armed robbers or hardened criminals.

Be smart, Be safe, Don't try number 8 with armed robbers
