What about if I just want to kinda like book down a company name so no body uses it. And I wouldn't be tax cus no biz yet,just don't want to loose the name

You have to register it, once you register it
cannot be used by another person.
If you have not commenced any business, Firs would only require to pay pre-operational levy. They conduct a search, on your corporate account and see no money has passed through the account. You can't be taxed, if you are not doing business.
Mean time, you can apply for a tin number.
You can't pay for company income tax, if there is no flow of income in the company account.
After you register your company, 18months after incorporation you will be requires to pay annual returns. CAC does not care if you have commenced business or not, it is a compulsory obligation.
if you don't pay it for a number of years, your company name will be delivered from the CAC register.
