90% of Nigerians get high blood pressure but they don't know. Heart that's supposed to last for 100 years will suffer and die before 40years. It is rather unfortunate, that coach, had to die suddenly, like that. We Africans , are found of blame this tyear of sudden death to " The village People"
The deceased was said, to have complained of heart ache or pain, after he came back from probably, a vigorous exercise. Many people are round up and down, not knowing, they have blood pressure. High blood pressure can be managed, detected, and we'll managed with prescribed drugs from a qualified medical personnel.
That pain or ache in the chest was enough for him to go straight without wasting a minute to the hospital, for a proper care. He might have died of heart attack whicheck led to his death.
My candid advise is , for us to check our blood pressure , regularly, see the doctor immediately, you start have chest pain that refuse to subdue within an hour or more.
May he RIP.

Exactly ....and most would take the likes of RedBull etc thinking they are doing their body good. Those things only end up causing your heart to palpitate (increased heart beat).

unfit people are easy victims to heart issues medically.it is true that death comes to all but a fit individual has an higher probability of living longer than an unfit one. the deceased might be a coach but he doesnt look very fit.

to keep a healthy lifestyle:
do cardios e.g jogging, cycling, swiming etc
eat healthy and limit ur intake of junks
avoid the silent killers known as acoholic beverages

these will help increase ur life expectancy rate and help u enjoy good health.

In addition to eating healthy meals and normal exercises, it is very important people get well hydrated before sleeping. At least take one full cup (half liter) of water before going to bed. It helps in normal blood circulation at night.

Ogbodo that is left footed? A very good dribbler. I know Ajampo, short man with heart of a lion. Asaa, tall defender, there was another one called 82 div...one barrack boy not known for his skills, he had the strength of 5 men, he could run and worked very hard.

...also king jaja, played for the under 13 team, wisdom goal keeper.

The Ogbodo I could remember was Okwudili Ogbodo, he came to Nike from Maryland Boys. Great talent who got wasted.

Merenge (CIC) played for Rangers in the 90s not 80s.

Chikelue Iloenyosi from Achara layout primary school to Union Boys Awkunanaw.
