Who was he before Buhari again

He defeated Makarafi (a former governor) by a good margin in the last election riding on Buhari's wave

Now he has gotten enough money to buy a decent crowd, but let's wait and see if the crowd will be good enough to return him to office come 2019, not to talk of voting out Buhari or Elrufai

Only time will tell
