Please advise. Electricity supply in my area is reasonable but there are times that there would be fault and we have to wait for like 2 to 3 days for the fault to be cleared. I also have a landlord who doesn't have a gen and could behave very funny at times.

I therefore need an alternative power supply but I don't want a generator. The power source should be able to power about 3 energy saving bulbs, a fan and another low energy TV. I don't need it for refrigerator or any high energy consuming equipment. Advise please. Thanks
