Please kindly define what you mean by Lekki people. Are you referring to which part of Lekki, exactly? Is it Lekki Phase 1, Ikate-Elegushi, Jakande Estate, Agungi, Femi Okunnu, Chevron, Orchid Road/Southern View area, VGC/Ikota etc.? Which part of this district are you referring to exactly? shocked

From after the Sand-Fill bus stop down to Elerongbe before the bridge near Epe is Lekki, sectioned from Phase 1 Lekki Pennisula to Ibeju Lekki.
This also mean Ajah is inside Lekki!!

Can you see all these fake reporters that fail to do their research before posting shallow articles on the internet. From Lekki Phase 1 to the Eleko Junction is all part of that entire stretch called the Lekki Peninsula!

Moved from the mainland to Ajah(Thomas Estate) in 2015. Now I'm back on the mainland. Traffic, hell whenever it rains, wall and kitchen was a mess in less than 6 months despite renovating before I moved in and I needed about 250k to plaster and paint the wall, change the kitchen cabinet and rebuild the chamber. Just an overrated area.

Guy, you chose a poorly constructed house in the first place. That is why you encountered those problems. Don't blame it on the area. My cousin had an experience similar to yours', when he moved to Ikeja last year! cheesy

I have not been around there for a while ( 1Yr), but just made an inquiry.
There are no traffic within the Axis.
Light issue's ( Just okay. May be 2-3 times for at least 4-5hrs in a week , don't know the exact timing).

No I didn't jare. I got discouraged when I went to visit a colleague there on one Saturday like that. The place is farther than I thought and the many traffic lights on the way caused some traffic which put me off.
