Animals.I dont know why they have to drive motorized vehicles when they don't understand the simple concept of donkey carts.Even donkey will find it hard to maneuver such roads.

besides Abuja isn't really a "state" ... Abuja is what it is today because it is a federal capital, but when compared to other standard federal capitals across Africa.. Abuja is an eyesore

Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government is one of the 183 other local governments in Nigeria created on October 1, 1996 by General Sani Abacha, the then military head of state.

It was carved out of Agege Local Government, with headquarters in Ifako.

Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government is a border suburb town as it shares border with Ogun State.

The Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government is home to major settlements such as Ogba-Ijaiye, Ifako, Oke-Ira, Iju-Ishaga, Obawole, Iju-Ogundimu, Fagba, Agege Pen Cinema among others.

In Ifako-Ijaiye, Ogba-Ijaiye is notorious for numerous bad roads. For example, Fadipe Street, Ogba, Moyo Agoro Street, Haruna Street, Oshola street, Inuobimi street, Akinfenwa street, etc.

The Executive Chairman of Ifako-Ijaiye Local Council Development Areas of Lagos State is Hon (Apostle) Oloruntoba Oke.

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode.

This is how the local government has suffered from the kind of people they have as leaders. What has been the constituency projects by those representing Ifako-Ijaiye? The LG is backward in term of development but they will rather die there than move

That shows the retrogressive politics in the local govt. There is a member of the House of Assembly who has been there since 2007. The LG is messed up

The governor is trying though. But there's still a lot to be done.
Trying with how many trillions in budget?
Roads he can’t fix.
Refuse all over the metropolis and state.
Light rail not completed after 20 years of Tinubu, Fashola and Ambode.
And you say that he is trying though?
What do you know that other Lagosians don’t knowhuh

You will weep if you ply Lagos-Badagry Expressway. It's even an international route leading all the way to our busiest border areas in Seme and Idiroko. The road no longer exists!

Ambode should take up the patching up of this road and get refunded, rather than wait for the Federal govt/Chinese to restart it's rebuilding.
Are the roads in Ogba-Ijaiye also for the federal governmenthuh

Not all that is responsiblilty of state government. What about the local government?

The only way the ordinary man can feel impact of "government" is if the local government is given more funds and power

I am not supporting anybody as well. I am just trying to let you know that you Nigerian youths are the main cause of your problems. Most of the people living in that local govt are not spirits. they know the LG chairman but won't hold him accountable instead they'll be praising him for doing nothing same way some cursed youths are chanting ambode is trying/working, blah blah. Somebody that you voted for is supposed to do what if not provide necessary basic amenities. yet people will be praising them for doing nothing. The LG do not have access to funds like before. The state govt is now in charge and Ambode is not giving the shi.t to do nada...rather he is busy building terminals everywhere to deceive people.

All of you should stop praising or defending any politician in Nigeria. they do not deserve it. we have not gotten anywhere near the stage that a nigerian politician will deserve any accolade. The country is way too messed up to say any useless politician is trying or working. They are not doing shi.t but stealing all the wealth.

Lol.... FYI, I served in Sokoto. During my service year, I journeyed mostly through Oyo, Kwara, Niger and Kebbi. I visited friends whom also served in Kebbi, Birnin-Kebbi to be precise, so this should give you a glimpse that I know what I am talking about. The road between Kontagora (Niger) and Jega (Kebbi) is arguably the worst in Nigeria. The road from Jega to Birnin Kebbi is also in a sorry state, except you want to clarify the meaning of your statement, "...the best road network".

are u aware that kebbi is a damn big state.. almost 30 times bigger than Lagos.. and u use just a little fraction of the roads in the state to judge the state.. Kebbi has d best road network in Nigeria!

Lol.... Just a fraction you mean? You are just weak with your defence. Provide facts to defend your stance just as I did. It will take you nothing less than 6 hours to journey on this same Kontagora junction to Jega, calculate the kilometres of such road, that is the road you call just a fraction! If you are not ready to provide verifiable facts, don't quote me again abeg.

You didn't post the pictures of Yaya abatan Street or ajayi road or ijaye road, why? Because they are good roads right?
These inner streets and there are hundreds of them in Ijaiye Ogba alone, not to talk of the whole if Lagos. Government call fix everything at once because of limited resources. Stop being a wet blanket, stop using a left hand to describe your father's house, because of traffic that won't pass $10 at the end of the month lol.
Now that you have shown this what?

JAGABAN him self is a problem to some local government area in Lagos State like Ifako Ijaiye..... I mean the way JAGABAN treated things in the Local Government.... let me start from here After the first Executive chairmen Mr Akindele others chairmen's to the tenure of Hon Adeola Adefolabi the Local Government was develop and many works was done during the time..... But from the tenure of Doherty which JAGABAN impose from Lagos Island as Chairmen to the tenure of this stupid and bastard man called Toba Oke nothing to be done than some area in OBAWOLE where the stupid man called Toba Oke is living..... Come to Pa Alao Ojo Street Iju Ishaga Road to Daddy Savage Street where the APC Sectarial is located about 20 development streets are there which they never fix any road ever since JAGABAN him self serve as Governor of Lagos State...JAGABAN AND HIS MEN’S IS BEHIND THE IFAKO IJAIYE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ALLOCATION ONLY IF GOD TOUCH HIS HEART THEN DEVELOPMENT CAN COME THOSE AREA’S
