Don't go for golf 4 auto at such price if you don't want to spend a fortune fixing gear and electrical faults.
Instead you can go for golf3 1.8l manual engine which is easier to maintain with good fuel economy.
Avoid honda if you don't have a constant maintenance culture. Don't listen to those telling you to buy their honda because they just want to relieve their burden and hang it on your neck. Wise up bruv.
