Tinubu and Saraki have been at loggerheads since Saraki beat his stooge and parrot (Lai Mohammed) at the Kwara polls.

Saraki will put Tinubu in his place again at the national assembly with full support from Buhari who wanted to cage Tinubu's influence within the APC.

Buhari only began attacking Saraki after he reconciled with Tinubu ahead of the 2019 polls.

If anybody thinks Saraki can order Buhari's security chief in the DSS, then that person needs a brain transplant.

Already, they have started exoneration Duara by claiming that the DSS had information that Saraki and PDP senators wanted to impeach Buhari.

Just watch as they will reinstate Duara.

Watch how they are going to come out with different statements that will still end up indicting them. How can a dss dg act on the instructions of politcians when he is directly answerable to the president. He knows the cosequences of going against his boss and there is no way he could have stupidly agreed to such deal knowing fully that the truth will eventually come out. This is a game of intelligence. They should try hardder.

my gut feeling tells me that the VP knew about the siege at the planning stage but seriously warned against it.

pmb in his usual manner, listened to the plan & simply told daura to 'assist the chairman' without being definite on the nature of assistance to be rendered. he travelled out, removing himself from possible embarrassment.


daura, believing he had the authority to do & undo as usual (after all, previous high handed tactics were supported by the tyrant in asorock) did what he thought was necessary to achieve the aim of frustrating saraki.


but the script was poorly acted. PDP must have known enough details of the plot to ensure that the action of the executive was exposed & the whole plan backfired.
