A young man has revealed how they discovered some bundles of old naira notes his late grandfather left in their house as he shares the photo online.

A Twitter user identified as Adeeko Kehinde (@Adeekehinde), has taken to the social networking platform to share a photo of wads of Naira notes that his grandfather reportedly forgot in his house.
In the photo shared by Adeeko online, his grandfather who died 10 years ago, left behind a bundle each of old 50 and 20 Naira old notes.

The man died about the same year Sanusi Lamido Sanusi introduced the new N50 polymer notes, i.e. about a year after the new N20 polymer note was introduced. He probably had no one around him (to help convert the old notes) at least a year before he died.
