It's too early in the season to start judging and drawing conclusions. But anybody that thinks Arsenal or Tottenham can win the league anytime soon is not alright in the head. Unless those two clubs get new owners and board members. Even Liverpool with all the noise they haven't won the league for more than 25 years and i don't remember the last time they won a trophy.
