FOLYKAZE:
Let see how APC legal team deal with the issue.

I need you to address this question please. Can Saraki declare Akpabio seat vacant?
I guess the question should be: who can declare the seat vacant? The Senate leadership, the Political party leadership or the people of the constituency?

I guess SAN and activist Mr. Femi Falana lost his voice during Tambuwal's defection undecided

I am beginning to lose the trust in this man's ability to interpret the law!

Is he being pressured huh Why is he speaking from the both sides of his mouth undecided
He is doing his job as the Anthony general of the APC, haven't you noticed he always lay the legal foundations for all their legal moves, he has jettison activism for a well paying political jobbing

Nothing happened because PDP did not challenge him.
Because PDP was quite mature.

APC is acting very childish. It's not as if they have the interest of the country in all they are doing.

Good development, than all the Senators and Members of the House of Reps including Saraki that defected to other parties seats should be declared vacant.

Saraki has no power to declare any seat in the Senate vacant.

A Senator can only be removed by recall. Its a long process.

Falana fall my hand for this regime sha. Acting so shamelessly. Initially It was Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Tai Solarin, Bola Ige, Gani Fawehinmi, Wole Soyinka and Femi Falana that held the firebrand torch in the South West.

Wole and Femi have shit inside their hands when toilet paper don finish. They helped give us APC and they're saying rubbish to keep the lies going.

So eventually na Fela, Tai, Gani and Bola be the real firebands. I guess you need to die sometimes a bit earlier so you don't live too long and rubbish your own legacy.

(Please people, live long, it's a blessed heritage. Just learn when to shut up)

Falana is right, APC was completely shattered and scattered to the extent that Oshiomole was the acting president while buharri and Osinbajo were rendered redundant in aso rock.

Oshomole was even controlling ministers and sanctioning them to report to him. Saraki defection is therefore justified by law.
