Bros fix this car urself and sell. Don't toss a liability on another man. I just called my dealer in Ladipo and he said the Gear is 480k jale jale after swapping the spoilt gear box. To fix this car na project. E go pass 750k with Total A/C overhaul.

He's greedy. If he sells it 600k it's still okay. 600k+800k to bring it totally back to life plus oven bake. Price 1.4m.thats how much a naija drive goes for.

Not okay. Factor in expired papers, bad shocks, engine issues, tires... 400k to 500k is a fantastic price

if we can rebuild this gear with less than 300k then I'll deal @500k.

for a dealer not to either know the rough estimate of fixes and/or know and try to hide it then I believe this car is scrap.

the engine might be hanging on life support .....

the day I will call for inspection they will grease the cam shaft and change the oil with 20w50 so I won't hear a thing.

@ Gazuzz, plz,.. what's the rough estimate of bringing this car back to factory spec?

you need to change the gear. The gear may not enter reverse when hot. Cost is N150k
You also need to work on the AC. It's not cooling but it's blowing.

You guys should take it easy with this guy. Bad transmission is not the end of the world. If the engine is good and transmission and AC are the only issues, it is not a very bad case. Moreover, this car is fitted with U151, and not U660.

The gear is not the problem if you ask me. Once the engine is good and there are no other intermittent issues, you should be fine. About 200k should get the AC back. I see shocks and tyres as consumables.
