Request transcript from your alma-mata,send the label with your request and they (alma-mata) will attach the label with your transcript to be sent to PG school for easy sorting.

I advise folks to start sending their transcript as soon as you're certain of admission. For example,some depts don't do departmental test while some do. Therefore,as soon as your EPT and you score above 40,you can go ahead however,if your dept conduct test after EPT,I advice you cross the hurdle as well before sending otherwise,it's waste of money but if you're certain you will scale through,you can send anytime you wish.

NB: Don't let 40 be your target,pls. Some depts like mine are saying we are too much in class hence,next set will be lesser which means,the cut off will not be disclosed in several depts. Youl will just see that,despite making the cut-off you're not given admission. 50 should be your target to be safe. All the best.

I'll recommend you use the Transcript label. Even after sending to the postgraduate school, you may need to still go sort it out yourself. Requesting your school to send it would save you all these stress

Not sure about the deadline. Even, no date was fixed before late form commenced till folks started printing invoice. The earlier the better, bro.
