It is no doubt left handed people are unique but they suffer some discriminations (sometimes because of the way they think) ,struggles in this world of predominant right handed people, one of them is using a spiral book, the use of scissors, deck , and the hand to use when visiting the toilet, among many things .

Congrats to them though.

I love left handed students in secondary school cos of their legible and lovely handwriting. Many of them were stenographers, though always always a problem when they sit down at one's right side while writing notes on the same bench and desk.

I disliked the left handed teachers then because their flogging with that left hand na die.

There was this cliche back then that left-handed people are kinda intelligent... prolly because of Albert Einstein. Tried all I could to develop my left-hand, but shiit wasn't working.

I had to just give up. smiles...

Also heard that when a left-handed person slaps you, you might not hear the trumpet on the last day even as a born-again - because you'd surely become deaf.

Proudly left-handed. Reminds me when I was growing up and i was almost hating myself and ashamed because of the way everybody around was reacting and cautioning me to switch. Had to educate myself by doing some research; realised it wasn't by choice but by birth and it's all about the location of the most active/sensitive parts of the brain. I became an advocate since then and feel proud of myself and how God make me....though I can use both hands beside writing now but I trust my left so much for everything
