What message does it show after the startup repair? Yes, office 2007 will run on windows 10

Try using Restore- choose a previous restore point. If its successful, your system should start fine.

Just format and install office 2013 or 2016....... Office 2007 is missing key features and obsolete ....

Use the system restore on it. Download a newer MS Office onto it.
