Madrid5, KDB and Pogba are very talented but apart from talent, they'd cost any club a fortune, one that puts pressure on the manager to play them. If Bale wasn't always injured, it'd be shocking for any sane manager to have him on the bench. James is quality but he isn't like KDB or Pogba who can be used in a variety of positions and still perform at top level.
KDB is at present, the best AM midfielder in the world and he can even play as a CM without a drop in quality so too can Pogba who isn't as influential as KDB.

He can't play multiple positions well? you guys started watching Kroos in 2014 after the world cup then cuz Kroos played several matches as a winger, he played some matches as a winger when he went on loan to Leverkusen even represented Germany in age grade competitions as winger. Played as an ATTACKING MIDFIELDER for Bayern Munich making penetrative passes. It was when he came to Madrid that we put him first as a DM and during that time we went on a 22 game winning streak (the most in Europe IIRC) and the next season brought Casimiro back from Porto then put him as a controller in midfield. THERES NOTHING KDB OR POGBA HAS DONE THAT KROOS HASNT!!! But NONE of those players are capable of controlling the midfield like Kroos does. Pogba's best came when he had Pirlo alongside him doing the controlling with Marchisio but people who never watched any Rubentus match those days think Pogba was actually their most important midfielder
