No one is above the law it is only those that helps the president cover his dirty tracks that goes free on an important matters like this if to go against the senate the president will the atbit support, But right now feed ears has been kept cuz is the INEC chairman.The INEC chairman must answer to the court and also should also be sanctioned for not showing up on the due day.

This is something that could have happened right from Ekiti Elections! Buying of votes and attacks on people that want to vote, voting is something that has to be free and fair, but the whole Nigeria including INEC knows N4,000 each was shared and buying of the votes of those that aren't that educated to understand that N4,000 cant last for 4 years... This is a serious issue that has to be looked at if 2019 is going to be brighter for Nigeria.

I don't think anyone working with this administration respect the rule of law.

Reason with your brain.

Many people don't really understand what it means by separation of powers in democracy. The executive, legislative and judiciary all are meant to check and balance themselves.

The executive has its own power
The legislative too
The judiciary too

And the beauty of true democracy is when each of these entity, checks and balances the other. This way the common man is served.

I believe as Nigeria's democracy advances, this is what we will be getting.

Anybody that thinks he is above the law must be called to order immediately.

The judge doesnt make decisions base on newspaper reports but records and evidence before him
