Recently, I notice whenever I download new files - mostly songs and e-books, after two days they will disappear. Please, I need help on how to fix this. |

Corrupt storage. Are you sure it's not from the memory card? |

Rickyzagy:I suspected it was and I had to remove it three days ago, yet I'm having the same issues. Old files are intact. Just new files. |

My phone has the same issue too. Mine deletes itself just few hours after download. Somebody help please. |

Theyveedo:I have been able to resolve mine. The issue was a virus. It's fixed now. Had to search for a good anti-virus app, installed it and it fixed it. The song I downloaded yesterday is still in tact. The name of the app is max security app.
