Recently, I notice whenever I download new files - mostly songs and e-books, after two days they will disappear.

Please, I need help on how to fix this.

Corrupt storage. Are you sure it's not from the memory card?

I suspected it was and I had to remove it three days ago, yet I'm having the same issues. Old files are intact. Just new files.

My phone has the same issue too. Mine deletes itself just few hours after download.
Somebody help please.

I have been able to resolve mine. The issue was a virus. It's fixed now.

Had to search for a good anti-virus app, installed it and it fixed it. The song I downloaded yesterday is still in tact.

The name of the app is max security app.
