Saraki Is A Tyrant, Problem to our Democracy And Must Be Impeached by Mystiquefia(op): 9:39pm On Aug 15, 2018
Impeachment of a Senate President is a constitutional act clearly defined by law. To have a Senate President that goes to court in attempt to stop his impeachment process is the worst assault to our democracy and gross abuse of the Power and the Rule of Law. A process is deemed inchoate until the act is completed, only a criminal will try to stop a process defined by law just like Saraki is trying to do.
I can see how gullible some Nigerians can be especially those that support Saraki's attempt to frustrate our democracy. An impeachment process can only be deemed illegal when due process is not followed. Saraki should wait untill his impeachment is completed. It is only when an impeachment is adjudged illegal by a Court of competent jurisdiction that Nigerians can sympathize with Saraki. Only the court can declare an impeachment process as illegal, a Senate President is not the court and is not empowered by law to declare an impeachment process as illegal. Saraki's desperation is really leading him to more mistakes. How can an individual shut down the National Assembly because he is afraid of being impeached? Worst still some Nigerians are clapping for the most tyrannical Suspect of Offa Robbery and Killings Nigerians. Nigerians are no longer fools, those close to Saraki should teach him the law because he has has already committed an impeachable offence, assaulted the judiciary and thereby acted as an enemy of democracy by going to court to frustrate what is permitted by law. He has assaulted the judiciary by this act of abuse of court process.

Honestly, Nigerians are not that sophisticated in their reasoning and way of electing leaders

I'm in the US and I can authoritatively inform you that Saraki is the only presidential aspirant that fit into the 21st century democratic model

If PDP fields him, I will come down to vote

You guys really have misplaced priorities and superficial criteria

Drop sentiments, ego, religion, region and political affiliation

What an American like me will see far in America

A Nigerian at home will never see it in 50 years

Keep using Kwara as an excuse to deliberately deprive your generation of such a remarkable and outstanding president

You will still call on White House next year and we will not answer to your cries

We will for a while allow your stupidity, negligence and indiscernible mind to hurt and torment you

Even if Obama is field for Nigeria presidential race, you guys will still complain and ended up rejecting him

The only thing your idiotic mind will see in Obama is that he's supporting gaysm

Yet, we Americans voted him as the best President we've ever had

The western world have considered that we have just 5 continents in the world minus Africa

We in the Western World have moved on
