I run an E-learning website with WordPress what kind of security measures can I take because its a membership paid E-learning website

Security for the whole website.
Disable multiple logins i.e once a user is logged in the same user id can't log in from any other device

your membership plugin should have that option. Found this though https://wordpress.org/plugins/only-one-device-login-limit/
