Has anybody else experienced this? My phone has been displaying these ads since last week. The worst part is that I'm not able to block the ads, it can only be silenced.

I'm using Techno, a friend of mine is also experiencing the same problem. He's using camon cx

First is it showing as a notification or on your homescreen? If it is as a notification then it is caused by opera browser or other browsers installed on your phone.

But if it is on your homescreen, probably immediately you switched on internet data then it is caused by a mischievous app you installed. Check out the last apps that you installed prior to this issue, and remove them and if the problem persists then it is a virus.

You can remove them with zemana mobile anti-virus or mobile security and anti-virus by eset. This two are powerful in removing Trojan or virus on android smartphone.

True, apps like opera mini and UC browser can cause that too, I do experience such on my tecno spark

Simply Download "Eset" mobile antivirus on google play store...let it run an "in-depth" scan on your phone and it's gonna detect and delete the viruses (Trojans)...Trust me, it happened to me on my Samsung J7 Pro and this is exactly what i did and ever since, my phone has been running smooth...

Facing similar issues with Infinix Note 2, I formated but now the navigation buttons not responding.

Thanks boss l, I finally got the bastard that has been displaying the ads. It's that useless Touchpal, just because I downloaded another keyboard skin

Yeah, the app embedded an ad sortware in my os, the worst part was that I couldn't block, I was only able to silence it.

Downloading antivirus is something I won't wanna do 'cos I believe it has it own effect

go to settings.find apps...look thru ur apps and find this app called notification.uninstall it and thnk me later.

I beg to differ bro!...not this one!...From the reviews and rating sef, you'll get to have a feel of what you're installing on your phone...To be safe, always download antivirus apps from the official Google Play download center and avoid cracking it.

Do note that ‘Free’ as in free malware protection, more often than not, the free antivirus protects and prevents the malware from infecting your system, sometimes it will charge you to remove malware. Again, nothing is free. Some free android antivirus will demand you to upgrade for more protection.

Download a malware prevention app to get rid of the annoying ads.
